Units will range from 10,000 sq ft up to 55,000 sq ft and will be built on a speculative basis.
Works will commence on site in October 2022 and units will be ready for tenants from May 2023 which is expected to create approximately 350 jobs for Ipswich and surrounds.

Ipswich Borough Council is carrying out further improvements to the wider scheme including new estate roads and access, cycleways, and public footpath links which enhance the offering to future tenants even further.
Greg Dalton, Development Director for Trebor commented: "Ipswich is a key industrial and logistics hub in the east of England and we’re delighted to have secured detailed planning for this important scheme. We’ve worked closely with Babergh District Council and Ipswich Borough Council to reach this key milestone, and we look forward to investing in much needed new industrial product for this area."
