Harron Homes Yorkshire has appointed Richard Coy, 41, as Land Director to drive growth in the region.

After 20 years in the construction industry, Yorkshire bred Richard is delighted to reach the pinnacle of his career with the well established northern housebuilder.

Since starting his career at Barratt Homes, Richard has worked with an assortment of builders in the region including Avant and Bellway.

Richard said: "I fell in love with the industry and discovered an underlying passion for land which I have been pursuing ever since. It’s such an exciting role, getting involved in all levels of the business to create something new, especially now I'm at the real forefront of that. Nothing beats that feeling when you’ve contributed to plans to change areas for the better and final stage when you see a project come to life.
