Wates Developments, in joint venture partnership with Bovis Homes, has launched its exclusive Woodlands development in Barrow Gurney, North Somerset

Situated in a picturesque setting surrounded by mature trees the development will feature 66 high quality homes off Hospital Road, just six miles from Bristol city centre.
It will also provide a play park, public open space, an attenuation basin, bat houses and improved woodland.

Sales and marketing director, Sue Scholfield commented: "We had a brilliant launch event for homebuyers where we unveiled a new visitor centre and a gorgeous four-bedroom Ashton show home, complete with a hand-painted mural inspired by Bristol Zoo! We’ve had a great response with high levels of interest and visitors already and we’ve sold four homes in the last two weeks.
