SevenHomes has acquired a residential site in Bagington, Warwick.

Situated on land off Rosswood Farm on Coventry Road, the proposed development will deliver circa 60 new homes to the local area, 40% of which are earmarked as affordable, providing a real opportunity for residents to get onto or move up the property ladder.

An outline planning application for the 5.4-acre development site, which is expected to deliver an estimated GDV of £18 million, will be submitted to Warwick District Council in Q2 2022.
