STBA Associated Surveying And Significance Tool Options Appraisal Tool

The Whole House Approach (WHA) to Retrofit in Traditional Buildings.

The STBA in partnership with Melin Homes and Rhondda Housing Association have undertaken a BEIS project based around the practical implementation of the WHA to Traditional Buildings.

The project has un-earthed a range of topics that need addressing and a series of new tools for Housing Associations and others to use when using the WHA and the associated new PAS 2035 processes.
