Crest Nicholson Launches New Development In Shropshire

Housebuilder Crest Nicholson has launched a new development, Ludlow Green, in southern Shropshire.

Offering a wide range of four and five bedroom homes in the historic market town of Ludlow, the development is perfect for growing families and those looking to upsize.

The first phase of Ludlow Green will consist of 25 properties from Crest Nicholson's new range of house types which includes a number of sustainable features. The homes have been designed to improve heat retention and reduce the energy required to keep them warm. This efficient design also cuts down on material waste on site and the time it takes to build a home.

Among the new house range includes the four bedroom Dartford, which offers an open-plan kitchen/dining/family area room, with French doors that lead to a garden. With a separate living room and study located on the ground floor, the property is perfect for home working. While the Marlborough features four double bedrooms, a contemporary kitchen/dining/family area and a light filled living room, providing flexible living spaces for busy modern buyers.

For those looking for a bigger property, the five bedroom Roydon offers residents the chance to transform one of the double bedrooms into a study, games room or home cinema. Spread across two storeys and with three bathrooms and a utility room, this home is well suited to family life.

Vanessa MacNee, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson Midlands, commented: "We are excited to have launched Ludlow Green and this collection of homes from Crest Nicholson's new range of house types. Not only are all of these properties detached and well designed for modern family life, with flexible living spaces, large bedrooms, and an abundance of green open space, but they will help homeowners lower their carbon emissions and energy costs. With such a beautiful countryside nearby to explore, and with so many local amenities, we are expecting a lot of interest in this development, so I could encourage potential purchasers to get in touch with our sales team to avoid disappointment."

The first phase at Ludlow Green is due to be finished by May 2022. Once the development is complete in December 2024, Ludlow Green will feature three, four and five bedroom homes.
