Property management consultancy Ringley Group has appointed Eric Asarè as its new head of operations of Work by Ringley.

Work by Ringley, which was established in 2019, provides flexible workspaces to growing businesses.

The company is committed to the professionals who support its vision – the entrepreneurs, corporations, and free thinkers who value professional, private, space in a community that promotes collaboration.

In his new role, Eric will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Camden Gateway, Ringley's flagship flexible workspace building located in Kentish Town, North London.

Camden Gateway, the 10,000 sq ft flexible office space is in the heart of Camden, and will be run using Ringley's cloud-based operational platform, Busy Living. The software can be white-labelled enabling operators to brand it as they wish while also offering a customer-facing app alongside the digital backend.

The technology behind Camden Gateway is sector-agnostic and can be used for any type of real estate asset where an investor needs to monetise space - from hotels and student accommodation to co-working and build-to-rent.

Camden Gateway offers best-in-class technology, including facial recognition for 24 hour access, free wi-fi, cloud phone system, and digital mail-house. You can also run a private network over the infrastructure.

Camden Gateway is the ideal space for early stage start up and scale up businesses. Work by Ringley will be running hackathons as part of its pure passion for tech innovation.

Crucially, the customer-facing interface will make booking and paying for spaces or services extremely straight forward, which Ringley believes will enhance tenant loyalty and drive cashflow by enabling building amenities to be better marketed, with the ability for last minute promotions.

Prior to joining Work by Ringley, Eric was managing director of flexible workspace provider, The Studio Workspace for 3 years. He was responsible for the day-to-date operations of the business and making sure new and existing clients were happy with their services.

Before working at Studio Workspace, Eric was head of operations and finance at Impact Hub Westminster. During his time here, he was responsible for coordinating the annual operations plan, budget and regular variance statements, developing and implementing systems for reporting, measurement and supporting local revenue generation.

Ringley Group has also launched its 'Work by Ringley' app, which manages space, meeting rooms and much more – and once you become a member the facial recognition technology will log you in and out.
