United Living New Homes subsidiary, Partner Construction, to develop 40 homes in North Lincolnshire.

On behalf of leading housing provider, Ongo, the £5.2 million development will see land south of Coates Avenue transformed into beautiful and carefully designed homes with a selection of two and three bedrooms and 12 bungalows, providing a welcome housing boost to the local community.

With a mix of tenures, including 25 affordable properties, the project will help balance the community and ensure genuine affordability for residents.

The development will also incorporate a substantial amount of green open space into its design, with landscaping plans to ensure the development looks attractive and in keeping with the surrounding area.

Construction is scheduled to start in October 2021 and is expected to be completed in March 2023.
