Tuff Waterproofing has unveiled its latest innovation TuffStuff® Flexible GRP at UK Construction Week (UKCW) which is taking place at the NEC in Birmingham.
Visit Tuff Waterproofing at Stand B712 to see its latest roofing innovation which provides an exceptional combination of versatility and durability.
TuffStuff® Flexible GRP is quick to lay, with no need to strip or re-deck a roof and this fast-curing system saves time and money. It is a single-resin solution which can be applied to a multitude of surface types and structures including vertical sections with no need for costly additives.
With two coats applied within one hour, TuffStuff® Flexible GRP will form a highly flexible, extra tough and seamless waterproof membrane - an ideal solution for areas of heavy duty and foot traffic.
THE SERIOUSLY MULTI PURPOSE GRP ROOFING SYSTEM - ONE RESIN, ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES
Benefits of TuffStuff® Flexible GRP include:
• One resin system - no separate base and top coat
• Can be applied directly to fly, asphalt, single-ply, GRP, concrete, timber or metal
• Easily added to vertical sections without sagging
• Fast curing system with walk on times of between 30-60 minutes
• Highly flexible, extra-tough and seamless waterproof membrane
• Rapidly breaks down with CSM reinforcement for quick and tidy detailing
• Crack resistant with no risk of week points
• One-pot system - one coat for a 10-year system and/or two coats for a 20-year system
• Uses granule hardener rather than liquid catalyst for safer and easier use
• Saves time and money by overlaying a roof rather than stripping back and replacing
• Can accommodate heavy foot traffic
