Fit out and refurbishment specialist, Calztec, has secured three new projects with its clients, Avison Young, CBRE and Winston Group.

Avison Young awarded the refurbishment project at Westgate Business Park, Northampton. The project consists of an extensive external refurb, including the replacement of the roof over clad, roof lights and the vertical cladding as well as installing new roller shutters, new aluminium windows and new entrance door. Internal renovations will also be completed, including office and warehouse refresh, M&E, including new LED lighting installed throughout the office and warehouse, and new toilet block.

Calztec were awarded a demolition project by long standing client, CBRE, at HSBC in Huntingdon High Street. The strip out works consists of party wall build, building repairs, decoration and M&E with the end result being, two separate shop front units.

New client to Calztec, Winston Group, awarded a strip out, demolition and build works contract at their site at Station Road, Solihull. Once complete, the unit will be transformed into two separate units.
