Plans Submitted To Develop Over 230 Homes In Kent

Peel L&P has submitted plans to develop over 230 new homes at Chatham Waters in Kent.

The proposals were put forward to Medway Council to build 237 new houses.

On behalf of Legal & General Affordable Homes (LGAH), Peel L&P has submitted the application for the shared ownership and affordable rented homes in the Chatham Waters area as part of the next stage of the consented masterplan for the development.

Peel L&P is acting as the developer for the LGAH scheme, split across two blocks, including 1 and 2-bed apartments and 3-bed town houses.
