We have a variety of schemes available at this phase, including the government backed Help to Buy: Equity Loan, whereby first-time buyers will have additional support in getting on the property ladder and securing their dream home, whilst the Part Exchange scheme is also available on selected plots, guaranteeing a cash buyer for their previous homes.
