United Living Group has scooped a place on JV North's £560 million development framework to support the delivery of around 4,000 homes between 2021 and 2025.

A central theme of the framework is 'Building Back Fairer', which highlights the importance of rebuilding communities with not just quality, affordable housing but with support for residents in tackling inequalities, poor health and unemployment.

Named in two contractor bands, £4 million to £10 million and £10 million and over, United Living Group are to play an active role in creating new and thriving communities across the North-West of England.
