M&J Evans has acquired Flynn Group Ltd, an established Ground Works and Civils business based in Swindon and Bristol, covering the South West of England.

Flynn has been based in Swindon since 1975 and has grown to become one of the leading ground engineering companies in the South West region.

Flynn is run by Alf Hambidge who has over 35 years of experience within the industry.

In a statement M&J Evans said: "We are delighted Alf will be remaining with the business as Managing Director and will join the senior leadership team of M&J Evans.

"We have got to know the management team over the past few months and we are looking forward to working with them closer to grow an already strong business."
