Create Developments Blackpool has announced that construction work has started on the extension of its Hampton By Hilton Hotel on South Shore.

Specialists in Turn-Key Hotel & Residential Developments, Create Developments will be completing the extension project withtheir sister company, Create Construction, who will be providing the construction expertise.

The hotel, which has played an important part supporting the regeneration of the South Shore, currently comprises of 130 bedrooms, a fitness room, a business work zone, reception area and restaurant/bar.


The new £7 million extension will provide 74 additional bedrooms, a larger and more efficient kitchen & breakfast area, as well as flexible meeting & business spaces, which will all greatly increase the hotel’s capacity and efficiency. Guests will also benefit from the most up-to-date Hilton interior designs and specifications.
