If you need to fully enclose the laser on your optical table this is the way to do it.
Lucas consists of two inverted U-section units which can slide inside each other on the table top providing full access to the table. To ensure safety, the units are interlocked when locked in position with the end panels magnetically attached (and also interlocked).
This then becomes a Class 1 Enclosure for Class 4 Lasers – CE Certified to EN 60825-1 and ANSI Z136.1
The Lucas system includes all of the equipment required including the dual channel Interlock® Control system with an LED warning sign.
Lucas is delivered as self-assembly flat-pack system which is easily and quickly assembled on to the edges of the optical table.
