Network Homes has renewed its partnership with Wates Living Space to continue the maintenance of 14,000 of our properties for a further five years.

The new contract extension, which begins in November 2021, is worth £40m and will see Wates continue to deliver repairs and maintenance services for Network on responsive, planned, and voids work across London.

Under the current contract, which began in 2016, Wates has already delivered:

• Over 30,000 repairs and 400 voids each year

• 500 free level one and two NVQ and equivalent training courses for local people

• 400 places for local people on CV and interview workshops

• 800 staff volunteer hours

• Support for local people in need through a dedicated food pantry initiative

• Regular support for local businesses and social enterprises
