Caddick Construction has completed work on two student accommodation buildings in Lincoln.
The work on 179 High Street was carried out on behalf of EBW Developments.
The Yorkshire-based construction company commenced work in February 2020, replacing the previous contractor which went into administration.
The two 8-storey buildings completed at the end of October 2020, providing 302 student apartments with shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom facilities. The ground floor provides high quality teaching space for the University of Lincoln.
The development will also deliver a new pedestrian route between the High Street and Brayford Wharf East making the city centre more accessible. This new thoroughfare will open in the coming weeks.
Chris Wilson, commercial development director at Caddick Construction said: "This development provides first-class teaching and living space for the University of Lincoln. EBW Developments, Legal & General and University of Lincoln have been fantastic to work with."
