Ashe Construction has completed a new school build in Leamington Spa.

The scheme was procured via the Pagabo medium works framework and saw Ashe work alongside Warwickshire County Council to deliver Campion School.

The project was completed in three main phases - Phase 1 was refurbishment works within the existing school, which involved the conversion of two classrooms to form a new kitchen and dining space. Phase 2 was the main works to construct the new two storey steel framed stand-alone science and mathematics block with 16 classrooms. The final phase was the construction of a new 30 space car park and additional external landscaping works.

A handover ceremony was held with the school staff to celebrate the new development.

Ashe team Campion School's Business Manager, Brian Langley, said: "It's been quite inspirational to a lot of our own staff actually, in terms of the highest of standards that Ashe have adhered to and tried to achieve throughout the whole project, and that’s testament to the end product which is a fantastic facility."
