Graham has been appointed to deliver the £35million design and build of its retirement village, Wycliffe Park, in Horsley Green near High Wycombe.

The firm was selected for the project by Royal London.

The development will comprise 156 highly accessible and well-designed one and two-bedroom independent living apartments, set across four cluster blocks around the 25-acre site.

The company will also carry out the construction of the communal facilities, including a central clubhouse comprising a reception area, restaurant, multi-purpose room, convenience shop, laundry room, scooter storage, and management offices that will become the heart of the new community. In addition to this, we will create a spa facility with a swimming pool and hairdressing salon. The landscaped environment will include a kitchen garden, bowling green, and safe walk trails, all within a secure setting.

Rob Joyce, Director of Graham's London office, said: "Graham has a proven experience in the delivery of both residential accommodation and state-of-the-art specialist facilities. The scheme is expected to be completed in Summer 2022.
