Property developer Laragh Homes in Cambridgeshire has launched its own construction company.

Laragh Build marks the start of a new era in residential construction for the developer as part of the company's plan to provide a complete design, development and build service.

Laragh Managing Director Simon Somerville-Large said: "The launch of Laragh Build is driven by clear objectives to improve the level of build standards using our own quality control and procedures to ensure that the high expectations of Laragh Homes are always achieved.

"Having gone from lockdown to full speed ahead, we have witnessed huge fluctuations in supply and demand, however, our priority remains the same; to create quality homes that enhance local communities across our region. Laragh Build will enable closer control on important aspects – from supplier and sub-contractor selection, detailed design and top-level specification to final quality of finish, snagging works and aftersales service – and significantly, the overarching delivery management and construction process for every development we build."
