Briggs & Forrester Special Projects have completed work on a refurbishment scheme at the University of Oxford.
Special Projects were appointed as a Principal Contractor to work on the Robert Hooke Building and delivered the full MEP services installation along with all builders works.
The extensive build packages included the creation of new door apertures, complete joinery packages, new partition walls, specialised ceiling installations, secondary glazing, vinyl flooring and plastering and decorating.
Tim Cunningham, Managing Director said: "We are proud to have delivered this high quality facility for the University. The project demonstrates our capabilities working as Principal Contractor and our team are commended for their collaborative approach, working to demanding deadlines and overcoming the challenges of a highly constrained site location."
