Homes for Lambeth (HFL) has submitted a planning application to develop Fenwick Place.
The application includes 27 new high-quality homes, 50% of which will be affordable homes.
Fenwick Place forms the second phase of the rebuilding of Fenwick Estate. It follows the plans by Transport for London (TfL) to build 55 new affordable homes on Fenwick South which were approved by Lambeth Council. These enabling phases will progress the wider estate rebuilding of Fenwick Estate to provide more high-quality, affordable homes.
Commenting on the news, Jitinder Takhar, Chief Executive of Homes for Lambeth said: "HFL is pleased that we have submitted another planning application to Lambeth Council. The latest here at Fenwick will make a positive impact by delivering more and better homes for Lambeth residents.
"COVID 19 has made us all aware of the importance of high-quality, affordable homes and Homes for Lambeth are delivering those homes as part of the housing, health and economic recovery in Lambeth."
