Air Conditioning VS Coronavirus

Construction News Image

A recent article published in the cooling post, has stated (what we at Cooleasy were already aware of) that Refcom (who are the governing body for the air conditioning trade) has stepped in to "allay fears" and "put the record straight" on misleading information regarding the coronavirus and air conditioning.

Companies within the air conditioning industry (including ourselves) have been receiving enquiries from consumers with concerns as to whether they are safe to continue using their air conditioning. The good news is that air conditioning is NOT known to spread any viruses!

In fact, in the previously mentioned article, "Refcom insists that any airborne contaminants can be minimised, if not eliminated, by proper and effective filtration and regular cleaning and maintenance of ventilation systems".

So to ensure that your air conditioning remains operating at its optimum performance level, not only for protection against bacteria and viruses, but also for peak power efficiency, have a look at the cleaning products on offer at www.cooleasy.co.uk. And if it's time to get your system serviced, give our friendly staff a call on 08004580101 and we can help arrange an F-Gas registered engineer to give the system a full service.
