BAM has been announced as one of the successful contractors on Essex County Council's £400m construction programme.

The Essex Construction Framework 2 (ECF2) comes into force this month and will run for four years.

BAM is allowed to tender for projects valued over £4m, along with seven other contractors.

The firm has recently built the new multi-storey car park at Stansted Airport, and has worked on Essex projects such as Harlow UTC (University Technical College) and the Cardiothoracic Centre in Basildon.
