Mace has followed up the recent restructuring of its leadership with major senior appointment.
Richard Bienfait has joined the firm as the new Group Chief Finance Officer, where he will lead's the Group overall financial strategy.
He joins from UPP Ltd, where he served as Chief Executive of the UK's leading provider of on-campus residential and academic accommodation infrastructure. Richard has also served as CEO of Affinity Water from 2010 until 2015, and between 2004 and 2009 he was CFO of Veolia Water in the UK.
This comes on the back of Mace's appointment of a Chief Executive Officer across the company's four 'Engines for Growth': Develop, Consult, Construct and Operate. Mace's divisions will have greater influence and control over their strategies, within the framework created by the Group Board.
