UK crane rental company A-Lift Crane Hire Ltd is proud to announce that they have taken delivery of a new 70 tonne Tadano ATF 70G-4 All Terrain crane. The four axle ATF 70G-4 has a 52.1 metre main boom and is capable for example, of handling up to 5.8 tonnes at an 18 metre radius at this boom length. The pinned boom allows a longer working radii with a maximum working radius of 44 metres. This is a very versatile machine with four outrigger mode settings from 2.4m to 6.4m, so setting up in tight areas is no problem, as its all wheel steering, along with driving on three axles, mean it will get into most areas. The crane also travels with all of its 16.5 tonnes of counterweight, so does not require separate haulage. Furthermore, it has been equipped with the "lift adjuster" system which automatically jibs the crane back while the operator is hoisting up, which takes the deflection out of the boom allowing a smoother operation and a dead centre lift every time.
This 70 tonne crane is the latest addition to A-Lift's fleet of mobile cranes which it runs from its purpose built depot in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
Established in 2001, A-Lift can offer a full Contract Lift service and manage your whole lift operation, supplying all necessary lifting equipment and arranging any required haulage on your behalf if required. The company also offers a plant and machinery repair service and storage facilities at its Wellingborough depot.
For more information or booking please contact 0800 804 6696 and speak to one of the technical team who will be pleased to help. Alternatively visit www.aliftcranehire.co.uk.
