ISG has hosted its annual charity event, which saw a mixture of their clients, consultants and employees dust off their glow sticks and whistles to take part in Spin for Charity.
For ISG's second charity spin class, 2020 saw the event return to the trendy 1Rebel studio to raise vital funds and awareness for new UK charity partner, Mental Health UK.
Over 60 people took part this year, helping raise £2,500 in vital funds that will help make a big difference to people living with or affected by mental health problems.
Richard Irwin, ISG's divisional director for Engineering Services, said: "It was great to see Spin for Charity be a huge success again. With Mental Health UK on board, we encouraged riders to 'reach their peak' by encouraging everyone to think about their mental and physical health and start good habits that would help them reach and maintain their peak throughout 2020. A big thank you to everyone who took part in making a difference in the lives of people affected by mental illness."
Kenza Dairi, corporate partnerships manager for Mental Health UK added: "Thank you to everyone who took part in Spin for Charity supporting Mental Health UK, the funds raised will a long way to support and help make a difference to people living with poor mental health all over the UK."
A special mention goes to TClarke who sponsored the post-spin, drinks and snacks allowing riders to refuel and refresh.
This year's event follows the successful inaugural spin session in 2019 where over fifty riders helped raise an impressive £2,500 for the young person's mental health charity, Young Minds.
