A popular housing in development in Finberry has expanded its offering with the launch of the fifth phase of homes.
Located in Ashford, Bilham Farm comprises a stylish collection of 74 homes, including two bedroom apartments and two, three and four bedroom houses.
These Crest Nicholson homes have been built using traditional materials and feature flexible layouts, for modern day lifestyles.
A selection of the homes at Bilham Farm are available to purchase through the Government-backed Help to Buy: Equity Loan scheme, aimed to help home hunters move up or jump onto the property ladder. The Government lends the buyer up to 20% of the cost of a new build home, meaning only a 5% deposit is needed to buy and a 75% mortgage will make up the rest.
Karen Coulson, Sales & Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson Eastern, said: "Following the success of our previous phases at our landmark Finberry development, we are delighted to have released the latest phase, Bilham Farm. What makes Finberry special is the thriving community which has been created, supported by amenities which residents can find on their doorstep; from new schools, to retail space, cafes and allotments. We look forward to welcoming our new residents very soon, with completions expected to take place from Spring 2020."
