A new 53-home development in East Challow, Oxfordshire, is set to be launched later this month.
This Crest Nicholson scheme, Fuller's Grove, includes a range of two, three, four and five bedroom houses available for private sale.
Located on the outskirts of the sought-after market town of Wantage, all the homes at Fuller's Grove have been carefully crafted to be in keeping with the surrounding environment. Each house has its own character and identity, featuring traditional materials including Tudor timber framing and brickwork detailing.
The new homes will be launched on Saturday 25 January.
David Hnyda, Sales and Marketing Director at Crest Nicholson Chiltern, commented: "We are pleased to be officially launching our brand new development, Fuller’s Grove at the end of January, welcoming residents from April. This site allows homeowners truly the best of both worlds; rural countryside on their doorstep, whilst also enjoying the amenities of bustling Wantage, less than one mile away.
"With the homes featuring spacious open plan interiors and access to excellent schooling nearby, the development is an obvious choice for families, whilst the two bedroom plots are ideal for downsizers looking for a peaceful setting to call home. With interest already high ahead of the launch, we recommend potential purchasers register on our website as soon as possible to avoid disappointment."
