As the new year begins, Ancorite Surface Protection takes a look back on a project that we undertook for Modus Workspace in central Manchester. The year 2019 saw us complete the application of specialist terrazzo flooring at Peter House - a new concept in high quality co-working facilities, incorporating shared workspace and meeting rooms.

Our team mechanically prepared the substrate and supplied and laid Sherwin-Williams RS Terrazzo Marble epoxy flooring. The decorative, seamless finish comprised of inert marble aggregates and epoxy resin to provide a hard wearing and yet striking finish.

Our work at Peter House is a prime example of how our expert team of specialist installers work closely with clients to meet their briefs and surpass their expectations.

During the last year we have been proud to execute other projects in the city of Manchester, including a terrazzo flooring contract on Quay Street and another in Manchester Central Library.
