Mick George Lands Warehouse Contract In Merstham

Leading construction partner Mick George has been appointed to a project at Wells Point, Merstham.

Working on behalf of Glencar Construction Ltd, the company will deliver the Earthworks and Soil Stabilisation package for two new industrial warehouses.

Planning has been granted to form two self-contained units totalling 38,503 sq.ft - Unit 1 (Unit 11) : 17,620 sq.ft and Unit 2 (Unit 12) : 20,883 sq.ft, respectively.

Wells Point benefits from excellent communications with fast access to the M25 and the M23 motorways, connecting to London's international airports, Eurotunnel and major sea ports.

Mick George will begin work at Wells Points in Q1 2020, with completion expected in Q3 2020.
