VINCI Construction UK has landed a contract to deliver a housing project on London's famous Oxford Street.

The firm will deliver 11 high end residential apartments, which will consist of three on each of the second, third and fourth floor levels, three no. 1-bed apartments and six no. 2-bed apartments with a further two no. 2-bed apartments to be provided on the fifth floor.

The project has commenced with preconstruction approval from Westminster CC & TFL. The site works themselves commenced at the end of October and the overall construction duration is 51 weeks.
