Construction has commenced on a new £9 million housing scheme in East Grinstead.

Designed by FUSE Architects, the Lingfield Lodge development will comprise of 48 contemporary extra care sheltered apartments, complete with associated communal facilities and landscaping.

ENGIE is delivering the project along with Eldon Housing Association. Work is expected to be completed in January 2021.
