Wates Group's FM division has strengthened its position in the private sector with a key contract renewal.

The business has extended its previous three-year agreement with Mott MacDonald for hard services and M&E provision across the engineering and development consultancy's national portfolio of 34 buildings.

Wates FM currently manages over 350 commercial properties, delivering services including statutory compliance, cleaning, security, catering, porterage, front-of-house, help desks and computer-aided facilities management (CAFM), as well as mechanical and electrical and building fabric maintenance through a mix of site based and mobile teams.
