Pick Everard has continued to expand its team in Leeds with a major senior addition.
Tim Hartley will join the firm's new Leeds office at West One, Wellington Street, to lead the cost consultancy team.
An experienced director, Tim brings more than 40 years' experience to the new role, where he will play an integral role in developing the multi-disciplinary consultancy's client base in the region.
Commenting on his appointment, Tim said: "I'm delighted to have joined Pick Everard; a firm which has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the UK.
"Leeds is a new area for Pick Everard and I've been working with our growing team to create new opportunities both within the city and in the wider Yorkshire region.
"I've worked on both private and public sector projects, delivering a variety of schemes across various sectors ranging from multi-million-pound commercial developments to bespoke refurbishments and extensions. My extensive experience means that I am able to work across our multi-disciplinary teams to add real value to our clients' projects.
"Leeds is the UK's fastest growing city, which is benefiting from significant inward investment and regeneration. It's an exciting time for Leeds and I'm looking forward to supporting the city's development at Pick Everard."
Jon Parry, regional director at Pick Everard added: "Opening an office in Leeds was the next logical step for us. We have had a presence in Manchester for more than a decade and, with all the development going on in the north, we felt it was time to expand into Yorkshire.
"We're pleased to have Tim on board. He has spent the majority of his career in the city, so knows the area incredibly well, which will be a real asset to Pick Everard and our clients."
