London's £2.3 billion Elephant Park is continuing to welcome new occupants with two south London-based eateries opening their doors.

Southern Japanese outlet KOI Ramen Bar and traditional Ethiopian restaurant Beza are the two latest additions to the Elephant & Castle scheme.

Led by developer Lendlease, Elephant Park is shaping into one of the most desirable areas to live, work or visit in south London.

Kristy Lansdown, Project Director of Elephant Park for Lendlease, said: "Having Beza and KOI Ramen Bar open their doors has made this corner of south London feel even more special. They are the first of a series of openings for local restaurants with a truly international feel at Elephant Park, and we are very proud to have them here."

Ming Chan, of KOI Ramen Bar, added: "We are so happy to be here in our first proper shop in Elephant & Castle and cannot wait to serve our Ramen to all the locals around here. We're excited to be in this fast growing development, and look forward to seeing everyone's faces over the next few years."
