A site has changed hands in Harlow to make way for a host of stylish apartments.

Weston Homes has purchased the site of the former Pearson Education headquarters car park in Harlow from developer, Land Charter Homes.

This will allow the housebuilder to deliver a £93 million residential scheme featuring 361 one, two and three bedroom apartments surrounded by landscaped gardens.

The Edinburgh Way development will be 11 storeys high at its peak, with a brick and glass façade, glass fronted balconies and terraces, and a raised glazed ground floor. The scheme will have parking at ground and first floors, with landscaped podiums, a new public realm and pedestrian links to Harlow Town Park.

The site is located amongst several areas of green space, while also offering great transport links and close proximity to Stansted Airport.
