A former McLaren Director has joined construction firm Stepnell to oversee its Rugby operation.

Adrian Barnes will serve as regional director in Rugby, with a large focus set to be put into the M1 corridor.

He brings significant experience to Stepnell, with a recent four-year stint at McLaren and 13 years as area director for Morgan Sindall in the northern home counties region.

Commenting on his appointment, Adrian said: "It's a great time to be joining Stepnell.
