Bicycle storage, underground car parking and a bookable handyman are all available too. Grainger is also offering a 'stay as long as you want' contract, with tenancies of up to three years available.
Residents will be able to choose from two themed interior styles when they move in, with colour palettes inspired by the nearby Peak District. The 'mineral' option features cool blue and grey tones referencing the compounds found in stone, while warm copper hues and deep reds are incorporated in the second theme aptly called ‘earth’. Residents who choose a longer tenancy will be able to paint and decorate their apartment, adding a personal touch to their new home which is often not possible in traditional renting.
