City Relay Names New Financial Leader

Leading London short let property management services company, City Relay has appointed a new financial leader.

Steven Kearney has been named as the firm's new Chief Financial Officer, joining from Next Ventures where he had a successful track record of increasing revenues, reducing costs and improving EBITA as Finance Director.

At City Relay, he will work closely alongside other recently appointed senior team members, Simon Kingsnorth, Chief Marketing Officer and Erskine Berry, Head of B2B. 

Commenting on his new role, Steven Kearney, Chief Financial Officer said: "I am thrilled to join City Relay as Chief Financial Officer and I am very impressed with the company's unique business model. This is an exciting time for the business as the short-term letting market is growing rapidly, and I am looking forward to contributing to City Relay's continued future success."

Maxime Leufroy-Murat, Founder and Chief Executive of City Relay, added: "The strength of our leadership team is a top priority, and Steven Kearney joins at an exciting time as we continue our expansion across London. Steven's extensive experience across a range of sectors will be a great asset to the business and I look forward to working closely with him."

This announcement comes shortly after the company received substantial investment funding which is already driving its expansion and presence across London. City Relay has just opened a second Reception Space in Shepherd's Bush, where face-to-face advice and guidance to residential property owners and their guests is provided.
