nmcn has acquired a specialist design and manufacturing business based in Norfolk.
Lintott Control Systems Limited specialises in digitally-integrated, factory-built equipment and process software.
This acquisition forms part of nmcn's core objective of delivering customer value through integrated assets and services that target reduced whole-life costs.
nmcn chief executive officer, John Homer, said: "The cash position we've been able to build in recent years has enabled us to take the next step in broadening our offering to our clients.

The entire team at the Lintott facility will join nmcn, with David Owen and Jamie Thums remaining as Directors of LCS and Mark Davy taking the role of Operational Lead.
