Multi-discipline property and construction consultancy Ridge has named experienced professional Tim Haynes as a new Partner.

Mr Haynes will join the Ridge office in London as part of its Expert Witness and Advisory Services (EWAS) team. He will utilise over 30 years of experience to provide expert advice and evidence in litigation, adjudication, and arbitration, as well as adding to the expertise in claim preparation and defence.

He has previously worked in the analysis and resolution of commercial and contractual problems on major building, infrastructure, rail and petrochemical contracts in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Lucy Osborne, who leads the EWAS team at Ridge, said: "Tim is a very important hire for us who will help to strengthen our established EWAS team.
