London's new Royal Wharf development is set to welcome a host of new duplex apartments later this month.
When complete, the new Royal Wharf neighbourhood will comprise 3,385 riverside properties housing around 10,000 residents and stands within the £3.5bn Royal Docks regeneration area. Its townhouses, duplexes, apartments and suites are focused around Sovereign Place – a new market square filled with shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
Developers Ballymore and Oxley will release a collection of three and four bedroom duplex apartments at an Open House event on Saturday 28 September. These 15 homes are equipped with large terraces and courtyard views, in addition to individual front doors with direct access off the courtyard.
Commenting on the release of new homes at Royal Wharf, Jenny Stean, Sales Director at Ballymore, said: "We are delighted with the final look and feel of the new duplex apartments at Royal Wharf. I would encourage all those interested in becoming part of our community at Royal Wharf to come down on Saturday to see the new apartments and experience our close-knit community in person."
