"Apprentices are a vital part of A-Plant's future and this latest acknowledgement is testament to the company's continued commitment to training the next generation of future leaders.
"This year we committed £2.5m to our apprenticeship programmeand we currently have over 140 apprentices in all areas. In addition we have also introduced several new apprentice streams – such as Accommodation Maintenance, along with our existing opportunities in engineering and customer service to plant maintenance and driving.
"Apprentices bring fresh new eyes to the workplace and contribute to a healthy and dynamic environment for the whole team. On successfully graduating 100% of our apprentices are given full-time employment.
"We're extremely proud that our apprenticeship scheme has become much sought after and widely recognised across the industries we operate in."
