Wates Living Space Appointed To Housing Refurbishment Framework

Construction News Image
Wates' housing repairs and maintenance division has landed a place on a key housing refurbishment framework in east London.

Wates Living Space joins the £40-50 million Tower Hamlets Homes Block Refurbishment framework which aims to facilitate internal and external planned maintenance across the ALMO's estate.

The four-year framework builds on Wates Living Space's current work with Tower Hamlets Homes, which includes roof replacement and structural work at Dickinson House and external wall insulation removal and reinstallation at Brewster and Maltings House.
