Rhodar Homeworks has landed a long-term deal to provide nationwide services for Direct Line Group.

The specialist housing division of UK asbestos removal and enabling works company, Rhodar, will provide comprehensive sampling, testing and asbestos abatement services to Direct Line Group's domestic policy holders.

Rhodar Homeworks' Customer Service Team will manage the end-to-end process for Direct Line Group's customers, ensuring swift action and resolution of situations where suspected asbestos-containing materials are present within a property. Onsite operatives will utilise tablet-based technology to provide fully networked, paperless job planning, tracking and reporting across multiple locations simultaneously.

This latest framework contract follows on from Rhodar's previous success providing services to Direct Line Group.

John Fitzgerald, Head of Rhodar Homeworks, said: "We are very proud that, following an extremely diligent tender process, Direct Line Group has chosen Rhodar Homeworks as its nationwide service provider for its domestic policy holders.

"Rhodar's Homeworks division specialises on domestic properties making us experts in this area and, with teams across the UK, we are ready to respond to Direct Line Group's needs nationwide.

"This latest client win confirms our position as the leading asbestos abatement services provider for domestic insurance policy holders. We look forward to working in partnership with Direct Line Group and supporting its customers."
