A key milestone has been celebrated on a new office building in King's Cross, London.
Contractor VolkerFitzpatrick was joined by major stakeholders to mark the project reaching its ninth storey.
The Rolling Stock Yard development will provide 57,000ft2 (NIA) of office space, a café, cycle storage, refuse stores, shower facilities and a single basement level.
Deepdale Holding Investments Ltd, architects Squire & Partners, project managers Rougemont, cost consultant Currie and Brown, engineers Davies Maguire and services consultant Atelier Ten also helped deliver the project.
Speaking at the topping out ceremony, Rakesh Chavda, project manager for VolkerFitzpatrick, said: "It is wonderful to be celebrating this impressive development reaching its highest point. This is a great project to be involved with and I would like to thank the whole team for all their hard work in getting us to this point."
