Morgan Sindall Construction has been named on Hampshire County Council's £200 million framework.

The major construction framework has been established to provide new build construction and related infrastructure works, including extension and renovation, for a full range of public sector buildings including schools, fire stations and NHS organisations.

Construction-only projects will be appointed directly by the council to contractors on a rotational basis, with design and build projects appointed subject to a competitive bid process between partners. The first phase of work is expected to be tendered through the Hampshire Construction Framework (HCF) immediately.

Morgan Sindall will deliver projects between £1m and £4m across Hampshire, Berkshire and the Isle of Wight.

The framework will run for four years.
