Wates Group's new facilities management business has secured its first ever appointment.

The firm, Wates FM, will deliver MEP services at 110 Bishopsgate in London, supporting existing and prospective tenants with operational management on behalf of Heron International.

Formerly operating as Wates Smartspace, Wates FM has become part of Wates Property Services alongside the Group's Living Space business, a move that has seen the two businesses combine their expertise and resource.

The company will now look to deliver a series of work at the 46-storey commercial skyscraper in London.
